Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. If the cancellation request is successful, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return Policy
At BambooChic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions within 14 calendar days of receiving your product:
1. Returns for Quality Issues
The product has a manufacturing defect or fails to function as described.
Note: For refunds requested for quality reasons, we will cover the shipping costs, and you will not be responsible for any additional fees. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@bamboochicshop.com to receive the return address.
2. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to its quality, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. However, for opened products, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price as a handling fee (minimum $20).
Note: For refunds requested for non-quality reasons, logistics and handling fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@bamboochicshop.com to receive the return address.
3. Not Eligible for Returns
a. The return request is made more than 14 days after the product is received.
b. The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, or documentation, or the original packaging is incomplete.
c. Upon inspection, the product shows signs of damage caused by man-made factors or no quality issue is found.
d. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@bamboochicshop.com.
If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we may deduct a corresponding amount before processing the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund isn’t showing, contact your credit card company or bank for further information. If you still haven’t received your refund after following these steps, please contact us at customerservice@bamboochicshop.com.
